China Attorney-at-law is introducing you the latest policy of international flights: On 7th Aug 2022, Civil Aviation Administration of China recently adjusted and optimized the meansures of circuit-breaker for internaitonal passenger flights.

In accordance with the deployment of the joint prevention and control mechanism of the State Council, in order to efficiently coordinate epidemic prevention and control and economic and social development, promote personnel exchanges between China and foreign countries and foreign exchanges and cooperation, and scientifically and accurately do a good job in epidemic prevention and control, the Civil Aviation Administration of China will start from August 7 to optimize and adjust the fuse measures on international scheduled passenger flights.

The adjusted circuit breaker measures are: for single-entry flights of airlines with 5 confirmed passengers of positve COVID, when the proportion of confirmed passengers reaches 4% of the number of inbound passengers on the flight, the operation will be suspended for one week; when the proportion of confirmed passengers reaches the entry of the flight When the number of passengers is 8%, the operation will be suspended for 2 weeks. The number of blown flights cannot be adjusted for other routes.

Relevant policies will be adjusted in due course according to the epidemic situation and prevention and control requirements.

According to the previous measure, whenever there is more than 5 positive cases of COVID, the circuit-breaker would apply. The new adjustment on international flight possibly will make the airticket fees not so expensive as before.
