Why we do it: legal practice is never easy

Rules of the People’s Republic of China are complicated. If you’re not familiar with the laws and regulations of China,  you may face legal problem when investing, working，living，or doing business in/with China. We have lawyers who has experienced many cases in which a foreign party got legal trouble due to unfamilarity with the Chinese rules. We’re aiming to help foreigners who are doing business with China, living in China or has any other relation with China,especially on Tianjin, in order to assist them to have a better undersanding of the China legal system and legal practice. Wherein, they could learn to comply with China rules, guard their rights, maintain their interest and take advantage of laws of China.

Mr.Jingzhan Wang  graduated from Tianjin University of Commerce , and had ever worked with a local law court from 2005 to 2007 in west of China, after which he started his lawyer’s career as from March,2008. Since then he have been practising laws with law firms.He had handled hundreds of complicated cases in a great variety of fields, whether lawsuit or non-lawsuit. In recent years, he has a particular concern on the cases involving expats or inbound investment or corporations, especially those relating to Tianjin, China.
Tianjin Bozhuan Law Firm is a well-known legal enterprise based on Tianjin, one of the biggest metropolises of China.
